Shipping policy

IFEOMA offers handcrafted made-to-order designs alongside carefully selected ready-to-ship pieces. Preparation time depends on the type of piece you order and is separate from shipping transit time.

Made-to-order designs

Please allow an estimated 4–6 weeks before dispatch, counted from confirmation of your measurements and fabric selection. This time allows for production, finishing, and preparation for shipping. We may request additional measurements, including length, before production begins.

Ready-to-ship pieces

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–3 business days of ordering. These pieces do not require made-to-order production time.

Delivery timing

The timelines above refer to preparation and dispatch, not arrival. Shipping transit time is additional and varies by destination and delivery service. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Orders for a specific date

If you need a piece for an event or a specific date, please contact us at sales@ifeomas.com before placing your order so we can discuss timing. Please do not assume an order can arrive by a particular date without contacting us first.
